What does onboarding look like?
Manual and personal, on purpose. We get on a call, set up your company, load your active jobs and crew roster, and walk your office and field leads through their first week. You are not handed a login and a help center.
Do field workers really cost nothing?
Correct. Foremen and field crews clocking in, logging labor, and filling out daily logs are free — however many you have. You pay for the office seats that manage jobs, money, and reporting.
What is the founding customer deal?
Early customers get a significantly discounted rate, locked in for as long as they stay a customer. In exchange we ask for two things: honest feedback, and patience while we polish rough edges. You get a direct say in what gets built next.
What trades does SubMark fit?
It was built inside a drywall subcontractor and runs that company today. The workflows — AIA draws, punch tracking, crew scheduling, change orders — are configurable per trade: framing, painting, insulation, flooring, acoustical, fireproofing, and more.
Is my data safe?
Every company’s data is isolated to its own account, traffic is encrypted in transit, and the database is backed up daily. And it stays yours — you can export your records whenever you want.
